Welcome to Florisera!

It is a pleasure to have you here on my website. I like to write about my passion for electronics and spintronics. I been in contact with both topics through my studies in electronics (in particularly nano-electronics) and by working in a physics laboratory, doing fundamental research in antiferromagnetism. As I embarked on this journey, I constantly challenged myself with new and complex questions that didn’t have clear answers. It meant sifting through tons of data, finding solutions and developing theories that can explain it. It is a demanding experience, but I highly recommend it to anyone who is determined to succeed.

I’ve traveled around Europe for my study and work, but I am now happily back in my hometown in the Netherlands. I’m doing this in my off-hours after work, which is also the reason why I’ll not post too often. I have tinkered on the idea of posting some DIY projects around the house on my personal blog found here. Another major topic that I am very eager to write about is everything related to antiferromagnetism, extreme high magnetic fields andelectromagnetic radiations. This is what I was working on in the past, and I can call myself an expert in that field. But before I write about that, I would like to finish explaining the basics of ferromagnetism, as there is still so much left to explain before I can go a bit deeper into antiferromagnetism.

But wait! Before you go...

If there is anything you like to see, please contact me and perhaps I can help. You can also just give me a comment on the page of your interest and I will get back to you as soon as I see it. Happy reading.

As a researcher in condensed matter physics, my research encompasses utilizing extremely high magnetic fields and electromagnetic radiation with infrared wavelengths. Through the process of writing academic papers and my dissertation, I have acquired a significant amount of knowledge and expertise that I would like to share with others.
